The rose, cultivated since the oldest times, has always been the most loved flower. A long and ancient path through the history, culture and cuisine of a Ligurian Valley - the Scrivia Valley - which has as a protagonist the "petals of roses": from cosmetics and pharmacopoeia to our home.

A new and particular aspect that characterises roses in the culinary context, to rediscover the perfume and the ancient flavour in desserts and drinks.
