Fresh pasta is one of the specialties of Italian cuisine. You will make the pastry, pull it and stretch it to obtain thin lasagna. An expert and local chef will help you during the preparation giving you plenty of tips and advice to recreate the recipe at home.

Continue your activity tasting your pasta with the authentic Genoese pesto, a delicious Ligurian sauce prepared with mortar and pestle. See how basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, pecorino cheese, salt, and olive oil will magically turn into one of the most delicious pasta toppings you have ever tried.
